1. Free Trial First
Every plan can be evaluated for free before purchase — free trials and sample generations let you see real results on your own jewelry before you pay anything.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time in one click from your account; cancellation stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable. In the event that no use at all was made of the plan's monthly generations, you may contact us within 14 days of the charge and we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. One-Time Credit Packs
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once any of their credits have been used. If no credits were used at all, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase and we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request
Send us a request with your account email and order reference using the button below. Where a refund is approved, it is returned via the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this policy.
