These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DreamJewel AI, an AI-powered jewelry visualization platform operated by DreamJewel AI ("we", "us"), accessible at dreamjewelryai.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DreamJewel AI provides tools for jewelry professionals, including AI Model Try-On (placing jewelry on photorealistic models), Metal Switcher (rendering jewelry in different metals), and Design From Scratch (generating jewelry concepts from text or sketches). Plans and credit allowances are described on our pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan.
3. Subscriptions & Credits
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. Monthly generation credits reset each billing cycle and are personal to your account; they cannot be transferred, resold, or carried over.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only upload images you own or have the right to use. You may not use the service to create infringing, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content, to misrepresent products to customers, or to resell raw access to the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the images you upload. Subject to these Terms and to active payment for your plan, you receive a commercial license to use, sell, and publish the images generated from your uploads for your jewelry business.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
Results are generated by AI and may not perfectly reproduce every detail of a piece. Generated images are visualization aids, not production specifications or certifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
